OLIVIA MITCHELL is gifted of God with a prophetic message to the Church. She is licensed and ordained by the Deliverance Evangelistic Association of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and received biblical training at the Deliverance Evangelistic Bible Institute. Olivia is also licensed and ordained by Rhema Christian Center of Columbus, Ohio.

Olivia has been ministering God’s Word since 1977. Her delivery and sensitivity to the leading of the Holy Spirit have enabled her to effectively preach and teach the uncompromising Word of God using practical truths that are life changing. She has a heart to see God’s people come into the abundant life He has promised. Her God-given love for people inspires her to excellence in ministry with a preaching style that is powerful, exciting and full of passion for God.

Olivia’s early life experiences and traumas have been used of God to allow her to be moved with compassion for the needs of others. She has reached thousands through ministering on television, radio and at conferences on a national level. Olivia also ministers in churches, major corporations and college campuses such as Christ for the Nations, Eastern Illinois University and the Ohio State University.

Olivia believes God has given her a ministry to all people. She ministers with deep conviction that God’s word is infallible. God has also tremendously used her to teach on the family and as a result many homes have been restored. Olivia is married to Essex Mitchell and they have three adult children; Melissa, David and Steven. One passage of scripture, found in the book of Jeremiah, has become a reality in Olivia’s life and is one of the principles of her ministry:

“Thus saith the Lord, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches: But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understand and knoweth me, that I am the Lord which exercise loving kindness, judgment and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith The Lord”.
